On-going Fundraising Campaigns

Donate your Cob's Points!

Tell your cashier you want to donate your Cob's Points to Hazel Trembath and they'll add it to our fundraising efforts!

Fundraise with TruEarth!

Use this link when you place an order on the TruEarth website and Hazel Trembath's PAC receives 20% of the total sales value!

Grade 5 Bottle Drive!

Use account number 778-232-5564 when you return bottles and cans at any Return-It depot and the Grade 5 Graduation Committee gets the cash!


Hazel Trembath PAC Committees

PAC Committees are important groups that help provide many enrichment activities to the staff and students of Hazel Trembath. Popular events can't happen without the hard work of the parents leading and assisting these committees. Take a look at our committees to see if there's something you'd be interested in being a part of.

DIRECTORY COORDINATOR

Coordinator position: FILLED

Responsibilities:
● Shall produce and distribute a yearly School Directory for the sole private use of parents and students

● Shall endeavour to have the directory completed and distributed in a timely manner, preferably within 6-8 weeks of the beginning of the school year

HOT LUNCH COMMITTEE

Coordinator position: FILLED
Volunteers: NEEDED

Responsibilities:
● Shall provide a monthly Hot LUNCH Day as a HTPAC fundraising initiative

● Shall collect orders, do shopping, preparation and distribution of food.

TEACHER'S APPRECIATION COORDINATOR

Coordinator position: FILLED
Volunteers: NEEDED

Responsibilities:
● Shall prepare and run the annual Teacher’s Appreciation Luncheon on behalf of the HTPAC

SANTA BREAKFAST COORDINATOR

Coordinator position: FILLED
Volunteers: NEEDED

Responsibilities:
● Shall coordinate all aspects of the Santa Breakfast, including getting food donations, selling tickets, getting volunteers and decorations. Can assemble a committee if required.

MOVIE NIGHT COORDINATOR

Coordinator position: VACANT
Volunteers: NEEDED

Responsibilities:
● Shall select movie to be shown, sell tickets, run concession and purchase food required for concession. Can assemble a committee if required.

GRADE 5 EVENTS COMMITTEE

Coordinator position: FILLED
Volunteers: FILLED

Responsibilities:
● Shall coordinate the purchase and money collection for the grade 5 sweatshirts
● Shall prepare a video or keepsake for the end of the year graduation ceremonies
● Shall work with students and staff on the end of the year graduation ceremonies
● May also decide to do fundraising as long as it does not conflict with school based fundraising. Bottle drives, car washes, clothing drives or pre-approved sales of specific items as long as it is clear that the proceeds will support the grade 5 expenses.
